Geo-Spotters
Clean Forest Projects "Eye's in the Woods"
Are you an ATV enthusiast? Do you spend time hiking the Trail System on Public Land? Do you horsebackride and enjoy being in Nature?
Do you enjoy outdoor activities and come across illegally dumped trash in your area? We know the feeling. It is upsetting to say the least. Clean Forest Project works to cleanup dumpsites and engage local communities to help care for public land. However, there are many dumpsites in many areas that we do not know about. Therefore, we have volunteers in many counties called "Geo-Spotters". These folks are literally our eyes in the forest.
If you are interested in being a Clean Forest Project Geo-Spotter, call the Clean Forest Project home office at
541-471-4214. We'd love to talk to you about the possibility of you becoming a Geo-Spotter in your area. We'll provide you with a GPS and other "perks" for volunteering your time to help us locate and cleanup illegal dumpsites.
